The standard 6.2-liter V8 gas-powered engine makes 385 horsepower and 430 pound-feet of torque, but an upgrade to the 7.3-liter V8 increases engine output to 430 horsepower and 475 pound-feet, respectively. With the available 6.7-liter Power Stroke® V8 Turbo Diesel, you'll get best-in-class 475 horsepower and 1,050 pound-feet of torque - no trailer will feel too big! When properly equipped, the F-250 can tow up to 20,000 pounds, while the F-350 manages a maximum capacity of 37,000 pounds with fifth-wheel or gooseneck hitch.
